On another note, for the past week or so, I’ve been trying to eat healthy and I’ve been struggling!! Food in this house is easily accessible and since dad does all the grocery shopping every week, I have no say as to what food I want or don’t want in the house. Tough!
My biggest struggle so far is battling my sweet tooth. The moment I think of or see chocolate, I just need to pop some in my mouth even if I don’t really want it. The more I try to ignore it, the more tempted I feel to have it. And I won’t stop thinking about it until I finally have some yummy sweet chocolate melting in my mouth. (Gosh! I actually want some now!)

Okay, that should be enough chocolate for the day. I know, I should be taking things slow and not stop cold turkey. At least I’m already cutting sodas out of my diet, and that was kind of easy. I so respect everyone out there who can live their lives with proper healthy food. It’s super tough!!

As most of you have probably heard, on April 28th, Australia has once again won the ICC Cricket World Cup and has done so for three successive times, being the first ever in history to do so. I was so damn proud of the Australian team that it made me miss Australia even more!
Then, for the rest of the day, I was humming the ‘I still call Australia home’ because that is soooo how I’m feeling right now (either that or the national anthem ahaha). Even today, five days after their victory, I’m still missing Australia.
